Detox with Pomegranate and Beetroot

Fresh juices are very helpful nowadays to keep ourselves healthy and active.
 Pomegranate and beetroot make a superb and very healthy mocktail and one of the best combimation to stay young forever and disease free.

Pomegranate
Pomegranate has three times more anti oxidant than green tea. It protects cell from damage and removes free radicals which gives skin a very healthy glow. Pomegranate juice also helps in improving digestion, acts as an anti-inflammatory, thus reducing stress. It cuts cancer-risk, promotes weight loss and strengthens immune system.

Beetroot
Beetroot is one of the superfood to stay healthy. It acts as a blood purifier which removes blemishes from skin giving it a natural glow.
It is a great  liver cleanser and helps in flushing out all the toxins. It increases the flow of oxygen throughout the body thus keeping us active all day long. Beetroot juice also manages blood pressure and improves digestion.

Ingredients

Pomegranate (1 cup of seeds)
Beetroot (1 cup chopped)
Black salt
Lemon juice(half of a lemon)
Sugar (1-2 tbsp)

Recipe

1. Cut the pomegranate and separate seeds.
2. Peel the beetroot and chop it roughly.
3. Put them in a blending jar.
4. Add 2 tbsp of sugar.
5. Add water and blend it into a paste
5. Strain it using a big sieve.
6. Add another half cup of water if required.
7. Mix black salt and lemon juice.

Serve immediately.

Enjoy this refreshing juice in the morning and forget tea or coffee..

Best Homemade Chocolate Icecream

Ice cream is a frozen desert. It is everyones favourite and if it is home made then we can have it ones and always. Everyone craves for it especially in the hot weather.. Ice cream can be made at home very easily using very few ingredients. You must try this atleast once at home. So prepare it and enjoy.. Ingredients Fresh Cream (1.5 cup) Cocoa Powder (1/3 rd cup) Milk (1/4th cup) Sugar (1/3rd cup) Condensed milk (1/2 cup) Choco chips (optional) Recipe 1. Turn on the gas flame put a pan and add milk. Keep the gas flame low. 2. When milk starts to boil add sugar and stir it till the sugar dissolves completely. 3. Turn off the gas flame. Add cocoa powder. Whisk it properly using a whisker. 4. Let it cool down completely. Then add condensed milk to the mixture and mix it well. 5.  Keep this mixture aside. 6. In another bowl take fresh cream which was kept in freezer for 30 minutes. 7. Whisk it properly using electric hand mixer. Volune of the cream will increase.
